lena and AJ found the perfect location for their intimate destination wedding in Mexico - El Careyes. Secluded, Romantic, Beautiful, Private... Personal. They just needed a photographer to capture it all. Having found my photos online of another wedding there, they decided I was just the photographer for them. Lucky Me!
A Return to Paradise...
Hailing from L.A., Elena and AJ travelled to El Careyes with about 60 of their closest family and friends. It was there that I met them for the first time and I was immediately welcomed into the festivities of the weekend with all of the warmth and joy these two posses.
What a delight to now see their very special wedding published in the latest edition of Destination I Do Magazine. On newstands now...
ow cool is this!? It's nearly Valentine's Day. Their wedding is just a few weeks away. Betsy's leaving town for Chicago. And Micah hands her this just before she gets on the plane.

AND IT EVEN RHYMES PEOPLE!
I'm the photographer for their wedding too - next weekend - but this past weekend I got the chance to catch up with them for an engagement session in Denver. I'm sure when I fill this site with all of their awesome wedding day images I'll have a lot more to say about this way cool couple, so today I'll just leave you with the images.
I'm so excited that the Wedding Chicks are showing this wedding off - it was simply beautiful! Big thanks to Leila Khalil, Wedding PR person extraordinaire, for also wanting to show this one off! (She has her own wonderful 'Bridal Blog' at Inspired By This that is great for Brides and business types!)

hristine is from Colorado. Elliott is from Tennessee. And even though they're both now living in Tennessee, their wedding will be here in Denver in just a few short months. They were in town this last weekend to get a few wedding day details taken care of, and while they were here I had the chance to get to know them both just a little bit more as we cruised around taking some photos to celebrate their engagement. They are both super kind and I'm really looking forward to their big day this April!
